Property marketing and tenant screening
Rent collection and eviction management
Property maintenance and repair coordination

Investment property acquisition and analysis
2. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing us with accurate and complete information about your properties and investment goals.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to your properties.
You are responsible for maintaining property insurance in accordance with your agreements with us.
You will promptly respond to any communications from us regarding your properties.
3. Fees and Payment
We charge fees for our services. These fees will be outlined in a separate agreement specific to your needs.
Payment is due on the date specified in the agreement. Late payments may be subject to late fees.
4. Term and Termination
The term of service for our property management services will be outlined in a separate agreement. This agreement will be automatically renewed for additional terms unless terminated by either party with written notice.
Investment services may be project-based or ongoing, depending on the specific service. Termination procedures will be outlined in the relevant agreement.
We may terminate your service at any time for cause, including but not limited to, non-payment of fees, violation of these Terms, or failure to comply with applicable laws.
5. Standard of Care
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide you with high-quality services.
We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
6. Disclaimers
We do not provide legal or tax advice. You should consult with your own legal and tax professionals for guidance.
We do not guarantee the success of any investment strategy. Real estate investment involves inherent risks.
7. Confidentiality
We will maintain the confidentiality of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona.
9. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of our services.
10. Amendments
We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
